1. How should I prepare myself for the tour?
It is important to be rested and well fed. Avoid excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages at the night before.

2. How should I dress up myself?
With light and comfortable clothes, with tennis shoes or appropriate boots for the activity.

3. What should I take?
It is important to bring something to drink, such as water (1,5l) or juice;
to eat: sandwich, fruits, biscuits, Brazilian nuts, etc. It is important, in some tours, to take swim suit, towel and an extra clothes.

4. And if it rains?
Rio Terra Discovery Tours maintains direct contact with institutes that monitor the climate, so that we know with precision the weather conditions. If it rains, our guides will provide rain coats to all participants. If the weather conditions are very unfavorable we, unfortunately, must abort the mission by security issue.

5. And what about physical condition?
It is not necessary to be an athlete to participate in our tours, but some of our hikes are not recommended for people who are sedentary.

6. Who should not participate of Eco and Adventure Tours?
Should not participate in our Eco and Adventure Tours people with some restriction of health such as: heart problems, respiratory problems or pulmonary, people with great difficulty of locomotion etc.

7. It is necessary experience in trekking, climbing, mountaineering, etc?
It is not necessary experience in these activities, but it is important some physical preparation, because they occur in rough terrain, however the guide that will lead the tour will be able to assist the participant if he presents some technical difficulty.

Obs.: - During the activities of Rio Terra Discovery Tours is expressly forbidden the consumption of alcoholic beverages or any other type of substance stupefying.
